I love my Kuvasz because,

The Kuvasz is referred to as a “guard dog” – this description is only partially accurate; house and farm dog, similar to the Hovawart, would be a more accurate categorisation. The Kuvasz is alert, intelligent, headstrong and also very sensitive; properly socialised and trained towards people, it is a real cuddly dog; loyal and affectionate. He is the most athletic of the large white shepherd dogs. He has a relatively long life expectancy for such a large dog. He also has an extremely attractive appearance: his wavy, natural white coat is unique, as are his marvellous almond eyes and dark pigmentation – a true beauty!
